The Independent Electrical Contractors’ (IEC) annual convention is the place to be to learn about the latest trends and products in the electrical industry. NECA Convention & Trade Show 2023
The NECA Convention & Trade Show is one of the biggest events in the electrical construction industry. In 2023, this event will be held in Philadelphia, PA. While the convention itself will be held at the city’s convention center, attendees will be able to experience the show virtually.
The NECA has been hosting this trade show since 1901. The first convention was held in Buffalo, NY. During the Great Depression, the show was cancelled three times. For the next two decades, the NECA has continued to grow.
To date, the NECA has produced 250 annual events. One of the major attractions of the show is the NECA expo, a comprehensive trade show open to all members.
APEC 2022
APEC 2022 is the tenth international applied power electronics conference and trade show hosted by the Applied Power Electronics Association (APEC). SXSW
A variety of electrical and electronics trade shows are happening this year. The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is organizing a convention in Austin, Texas, that will bring electrical construction industry workers together.
The convention will be held at the Moody Theater in Austin and will be attended by over seven hundred exhibitors. It will feature peer-to-peer networking, industry leading education, and world-renowned speakers.
The convention will also include a special program for apprentices. This program will allow apprentices to attend the NECA show for free.
SXSW is the annual festival and conference that is held in Austin, Texas. It celebrates technology, music, and film. During the event, bands play in hotels and vans, and attendees gather to watch screenings, panel discussions, and exhibitions.
NECA Apprentice Appreciation Day
The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) hosts an annual trade show every fall. Known as NECA SHOW, this event is where the electrical construction industry’s top leaders meet to discuss business matters, share insights, and discover the latest technology.
With hundreds of exhibitors, this event offers a wide variety of educational sessions and fun activities. Exhibitors demonstrate their products and training and give attendees the opportunity to make comparisons and purchase. In addition, NECA sponsors its own pre-convention workshops. This year, apprentices were invited to attend the trade show for free.
During NECA Apprentice Appreciation Day, apprentices received special programming for all levels of electrical construction. Participants also got to experience a new Lighting and Controls Theater and TECHTOPIA Pavilion.
